construction of a single family house using bioclimatic architecture strategies.
to ensure the privacy and make better use of solar orientation, the house was set with the minimum distance allowed by de condominium regulation in the north and east side (street), leaving more space on the south side and west of the lot, for leisure use. the house is L-shaped around the garden with the bedrooms facing south, the living facing south, east and west. the kitchen, which has more internal gains, is oriented to sunrise.
the solar protection of larger windows is done through a wooden structure covered with wooden slabs.
the windows faced to the street and neighbors are located between 1.5m and 2m in height, so that when users are sitting sky come at the expense of surrounding buildings.
